What's your OS? What does "the app dont load anymore"? Does not appear in the list of effects?

I'm having an issue, when using the inverted poly mask. When the mask overlaps another output, it doesn't seem to be transparent. In other words: an output with an inverted poly mask overlapping another output, won't be transparent and won't allow the other output to be displayed correctly. No matter the order of the outputs (lower or higher).
If you need I can send a .mio as an example.

This behavior of the inverted masks is feature of current implementation. In a future version will be able to choose the behavior of the mask. Now you can send me your mio file I will tell you how to solve your problem.
Hi in my laptop core 2 duo t9300 , nvidia 8600m gt, windows 7 the v1.1b works fine but the _v1.2.4_WIN and v1.2_WIN crash the plugin and resolume. Any idea......
Check that the editor and mapio.dll was the same version. check that no old version of mapio.dll in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Resolume Avenue 3.3.2\plugins\vfx\" folder.

I'm using OSX 10.6.8 resolume 3.3.2 (the latest) IR Mapio 1.2.4,
I installed IR Mapio then it make a forbidden folder in the apps folder with a red sign on it.
When I start avenue 3.3.2 where do I go, where do I have to click to start IR Mapio ?
How to install, how to start in Avenue ? I didn't found anything...

I have a couple questions. How does this software work with other visual programs such as Arkaos grand VJ and can it be used along with this software? Also if I purchase this software what kind of licenses do you have for students?
I bought the pluggin and it works perfect. Just one question. Because when you make small mask the image is very pixelated. Is there any way to fix this?.

Btw, I think that the resolution when you mapping on smoller sourface is very very very very poor. There is some configuration to avoid that?. I've already tested all possible resolutions.
I think that is the Resolume engine problem that does not happen in Modul8.
Gretting
set a higher resolution for the composition(menu: composition\settings...) if mapio added to composition.
or use a clips with higher resolution if mapio added to layers or clips.
